What is your refund/rescheduling policy?
All sales are final. There are no refunds, date reschedules or exchanges.
How do I purchase tickets?

What happens in the event of inclement weather?
Our event will run rain or shine.
I have a food allergy or dietary restriction(s). Can I be accommodated?
Please indicate requests for any vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free meal choices during check-out, as well as any food allergies or restrictions.
(Please note that while the kitchen can accommodate any allergies and restrictions with prior notice, due to the volume of people being served, changes to the menu for any other reason are not guaranteed.)

Are children allowed?
Yes, but they would need a ticket at full cost.
DIRECTIONS TO 1 ELGIN:
ON FOOT:
You can find the 1 Elgin terrace from the exterior by descending toward Rideau Canal from Elgin Street. If entering the National Arts Centre, make your way to Level P2 and follow signage to the restaurant.
Please note that the entrance to the event will be on the South side of the 1 Elgin terrace. (Staff will be on hand to guide guests to the entrance.)
BY CAR:
If arriving by car, please enter the NAC parking garage via the Elgin Street entrance at the corner of Slater and Elgin Street – just north of Confederation Park.
Accessible Parking Option:
Once in the garage, please continue on Level P2, turn left and continue to the North side of the parking garage. Access to the interior of the building is across from the G1-G6 parking spots, and accessible parking is available in the G3-G6 area.
Regular Parking:
Once in the garage, please continue on Level P2, turn right and can park anywhere. Exit the parking lot to the right side which leads you to stage door. Walk towards the canal, and the patio is to the left-hand side.
UBER/TAXI:
When arriving by Über or taxi, you can request to be dropped off in front of the NAC’s Elgin Street entrance and make your way through the NAC to Level P2. Alternatively, you could request to be dropped off at ‘Stage Door’ (most taxi drivers know where that is), and enter the restaurant on the Canal side.

Where is the venue and how do I get there?
1 Elgin St., Ottawa, Ontario, K1P 5W1. Located inside the NAC facing the Rideau canal.
Guests are not required to present a ticket or QR code for check-in. Instead, they may provide the name under which the reservation was made.
Upon arrival, guests are asked to proceed to the host stand with their entire party present.
Can I leave and come back (re-entry)?
Yes.
Are service animals allowed?
Yes, we allow service animals such as guide dogs. No pets are permitted.
