Spencerville United Church is a lovely space that has been carefully maintained for almost a century. With an attractive pulpit and choral area, stained-glass windows and hand-crafted display cabinets, the church is well known for its beauty. What’s more, visiting acapella groups, choirs, soloists and bands all agree: the acoustics can’t be beat. The church can easily accommodate two hundred people and is also available to host meals for groups large and small. The members of the church’s catering committee pride themselves not only on their cooking, but also on their presentation. Their decorative touches are known far and wide—as are their pies and cakes. With lots to boast about, the church congregation remains warm and welcoming, happy to open the doors of their beloved building to a wide range of community groups and events.
