The Watson’s Corners Community Hall was built and established in 1947 by the community and has served the community through various events, including dances, meals, baby showers and weddings. In 1992, a major addition was constructed by members of the community and added to the original hall. The addition provided a smaller hall with indoor washrooms, showers and a commercial kitchen. The hall has served the community for seventy-nine years and was even utilized during the 1998 ice storm, where it housed and fed those in need. The hall is also home to the oldest rural library/museum in Ontario. The Dalhousie Library and Museum houses books over 200 years old, brought over by the original settlers.
 
The hall, which has just undergone extensive renovations, is a hub for the community by hosting fitness classes, weekly euchre, yoga, a photography club, and monthly lunches. It sees more than 150 members of the community pass through its doors on a weekly basis. It has been a place of music and dances in the past, and the addition of the Festival of Small Halls has brought back music to the hall.
